DOCUMENTATION AND FUNDING MANAGER

THE ROLE

1. Ensure customer service NPS Score consistently meets company goal 9 or higher

  • Consistent delivery of accurate documentation to ensure correct funding
  • Serve as a liaison between our company and the customer to ensure
    customer satisfaction

2. Accurate booked/funded transactions forecast

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Documentation:

  • Proactively protect customer relationship by serving as customer liaison to ensure clear
    communication, timely delivery and superior service
  • Generate and prepare transaction documents in a timely manner to ensure positive
    customer experience
  • Create and issue purchase orders for vendors
  • Track delivery dates and follow up with vendor on deliveries to ensure quick turn between
    install and funding
  • Request final invoices upon install
  • Perform lease documentation audits for accuracy and compliance with company policy
  • Review signed agreements for accurate information and correct signer
  • Work with sales and/or lessee to resolve documentation issues
  • Apply full knowledge and understanding of state sales taxes to correctly calculate taxes based on lender tax matrix
  • Prepare accurate and complete documentation packages and submit completed packages to funding sources
  • Protect and maintain strong working relationship with vendors and banks/lenders
  • Monitor compliance with Company policies and procedures within Finance function

2. Funding

  • Accurately prepare and file UCC’s as appropriate
  • Audit new originations to ensure each finance transaction is accurately booked.
  • Accurately apply payments and other fees received at time of booking
  • Distribute payment transactions

3. General Duties

  • Accurately forecast booked/funded transactions on a monthly basis
  • Respond to emails and telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor compliance with Company policies and procedures within documentation
  • Easily move between individual deals and department responsibilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Observe all rules of confidentiality as they relate to Company information

4. Other Duties as Assigned

COMPENSATION

  • $40,000 base plus commission

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years related industry experience in finance, customer service or office administration
    desired
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite of Products
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and attitude
  • Strong sense of urgency coupled with accuracy to get the job done accurately and in a
    timely manner
  • Understanding of lease documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to interface with banks, vendors, customers and co-workers on a professional and
    personable level
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
