Blue Street Capital LLC (BSC), headquartered in Huntington Beach, California was founded in January 2004.

BSC is a general equipment lessor that specializes in leasing equipment from technology, industrial and healthcare vendors to customers in a wide array of industries.

The primary items leased include computers, computer peripherals, computer software, telecommunications equipment, furniture and medical equipment. The Company competes in the small ticket marketplace which is generally defined as individual transactions ranging from $5,000 to $250,000.

Management Team

David Rhoads: Chief Executive Officer.  David is a 15 year veteran in small ticket vendor leasing.  Prior to forming BSC in 2003, David was employed by Dimension Funding for 9 years. He started as an Account Executive in 1995 and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Sales. David’s niche became technology leases, specifically hardware and software.

John Estok: Chief Operating Officer. John is a 30 year veteran in small ticket vendor leasing, He was President of the Small Ticket Division at IFC Credit Corp. from 2003-2007, President and Chief Operating Officer of First Portland Corporation (“Firstcorp”) from 1996-2003, President and CEO of Industrial Leasing from 1991-1995 and EVP of Citibank Leasing Canada Inc. from 1985-1991. He is the past President of the Canadian Association of Equipment Lessors and served as a member of the ELFA Small Ticket Leasing Council (2006-2007).
